Our client is an established and successful Financial Services Company located in an upmarket area in North West London.  The client is recruiting for an experienced Company Secretarial Administrator to join them on a full time basis to assist in the management of a large portfolio of Prestigious clients requiring Company Secretarial services.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with the management of a portfolio of clients
  • Filing annual returns
  • Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in ownership
  • Registering members and Directors
  • Advising Directors and members of legal, accounting and tax implications of policies
  • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulations
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisors

Skills and attributes:

  • Must have previous Administrative experience (Financial services preferred)
  • Degree educated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills
