A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading provider of Luxury Homeware based in a North London. This highly regarded company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their fun team and friendly  on a full time permanent basis to assist with high volume of customer orders.

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Dealing with a varity of customers
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Liaising with suppliers and factories
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Managing stock levels
  • Updating inhouse database and processing sales figures

Skills and attributes:

  • Excellent IT skills (working knowledge of Excel)
  • Strong team player
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong communication skills

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about Customer Service to join a fast paced and busy boutique company where no two days are the same. Due to expansion there are two positions available. The offices are cery centrally located with easy transport links and on site parking.
