Our client is a renowned, market leading Consultancy Group with head offices based in North West London. They are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of their offices including some HR responsibilities. Our client is offering excellent benefits, parking and a generous holiday package.

Duties Include:

• Working closely with the directors to provide PA support
• Coordinating internal HR Administrative functions including sending out new starter   packs, offer letters, references, monitoring absences and holidays
• Recruitment coordination; composing adverts for internal vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies
• Managing company events and assisting with projects
• Liaising with suppliers, procurement of stationary and liaising with IT support company
• Organising the catering for internal meetings
• Managing equipment and stock for major company events

Skills Desired:

  • Degree Educated (essential)
  • Previous Office Management and HR experience
  • Pro-active and articulate
  • Confident and professional
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
