Our client is a global Property Investments Group with offices located in the heart of Mayfair.  Recruiting a PA / Office Manager to join the small but successful and vibrant office providing support to the MD and a small team.

Duties will include:

  • Providing support to the MD and a small team
  • Complex diary management
  • Email management
  • Organising travel including visas
  • Liaising with international offices
  • Involvement in marketing projects and desktop research
  • Composing correspondence
  • Organise both internal and external meetings
  • Negotiating contracts for office supplies
  • Dealing with suppliers and managing stationery


Skills and attributes:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Educated to degree level
  • Confident multi tasker
  • Proactive and a self starter
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join an established global company.  The position is fast paced and varied and you will be working for a fantastic team.
