JOB SHARE BASIS – 9:30am – 1:30pm / 1:30pm – 5:30pm

£13.00 per hour
Our client is a well known Financial Services Organisation based in North West London who are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis.  The client are well known for their low staff turnover and this position has become available due to expansion.

Duties:

 

  • Rols is based Front of House
  • Maintaining a professional Reception area at all times, you will be the “ambassador of the company”
  • Meeting and greeting high profile visitors
  • Answering calls in a welcoming and polite manner
  • Directing calls to the relevant departments
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Ensuring that meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Ensuring that any communal areas within the office are kept at a very high standard.
  • Assisting the events team as and when required
  • Administration duties as required

 

Skills and attributes:

 

  • Previous Corporate Reception experience is essential
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills
