A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading provider of Fine Jewellery based in the City of London. This creative company are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small team and assist with the day to day administrative functions of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaising with suppliers and factories
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Order processing and E-commerce duties
  • Preparing quotes
  • Dealing with samples
  • Updating inhouse database and processing sales figures
  • Assisting with marketing projects
  • Assisting in the preparation of exhibitions
  • Support full company product ranges across all divisions

 

Skills and attributes:

 

  • Excellent IT skills (working knowledge of Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
