An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a very successful and high end Independent Finance Provider based in North West London. The client specialise in providing loans to High Net worth Individuals for classic and specialist cars.


Duties will include:


  • Providing high levels of client services at all times ensuring confidentiality is maintained
  • Responding to client loan enquiries via email or over the phone
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Specialist car dealerships
  • Obtaining all relevant information to ensure they are eligible for a loan
  • Preparing and processing loan applications
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Scanning and organising all relevant information relating to loans


Skills and attributes:


  • Must be a Graduate and highly numerate
  • Previous Administrative experience within a similar industry
  • Good telephone manner coupled with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills


The successful candidate will be joining this highly regarded Independent Finance Provider at a busy time of growth. The client has low staff turnover and offers excellent potential for career development. You will be based in the North West London office (the company has four offices) and the state of the art offices are accessible by public transport however parking is provided and they are within walking distance of local amenities.
