Our client is a well known and highly regarded Accountancy Practice based in North West London who are currently looking for a Secretary / Receptionist to join them on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining a warm and friendly team in a very progressive company.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Providing Secretarial support to the Partners
  • Typing up emails, letters and correspondence (Audio and Copy)
  • Liaising with clients and assisting with enquiries
  • Reception cover
  • Booking couriers
  • Setting up and booking meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors

 

Skills and attributes:

 

  • Previous experience within professional services
  • Excellent typing skills (Audio and copy)
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good organisational skills

 

The successful candidate will benefit from working closely with a friendly and professional team. The upmarket and luxury offices are easily accessible by public transport.   This role will suit an experienced Secretary from a professional services background such as accountancy or legal.
