(All staff directly employed or used and paid by the Client)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

These Terms and Conditions of Business between Fame Recruitment Consultants Ltd., (FAME), and an employer Client, (the Client), are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of an interview being arranged, the use or engagement (which term includes employment or use under a contract of service or for services) of staff introduced or a temporary worker supplied by FAME.

PROFESSIONAL FEES

The Client shall notify FAME immediately staff introduced are engaged and pay the fee in accordance with the terms and conditions

FEES – The fee payable by the Client for the introduction of staff resulting in an engagement is based upon the Total Remuneration (TR)i.e. the commencing salary or wages calculated upon an annual basis together with any allowances and other payments forming part of taxable emoluments. When a company car is provided TR shall further include an amount of £2500:

REFUNDS – Should the appointed candidate resign or be dismissed before the beginning of the 10th week, the placement fee will be refunded as follows less an administration charge of £200.00 plus VAT.

PROVIDED THAT FAME is informed accordingly within seven days of the termination of the employment AND the invoice was paid within 28 days of issue.

We require prompt settlement of the invoice within 28 days of the date of the invoice. All reimbursement guarantees will become null and void after the due date. Fees outstanding after the due date will attract a late payment of 3% which will be levied, per month, on a cumulative basis.

If, however, the candidate is made redundant, then our full fees are payable, irrespective of the time period.

No rebate will apply where a temporary is engaged on the basis that the Client has had occasion to assess the employee's suitability.

Re-engagement of staff in respect of which a refund was made or credited will result in a full fee becoming due and payable immediately with no further refunds being allowed.

Introductions by FAME are confidential and are made individually to a Client. If a Client or a member of the Client’s staff passes on an introduction to any other person, firm or corporation within twelve months of an introduction, resulting in an engagement the Client will be liable for payment of a fee in accordance with the above.

A full fee will be charged for any applicant engaged as a consequence of, or resulting from an application to FAME even if the introduction is made indirectly.
