Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing Billings Department and are offering great career prospects to the successful candidate. Duties will include:
• Administrative duties to support the Billing Team
• Report and analyse to ensure accurate Billing
• General office administrative duties
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding and billing process for customers
• Communications via phone calls, email, and post
• Updating customer information onto in-house database
• Providing professional customer service for all queries
• Escalating queries when necessary
• Completing various ad hoc projects and tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Proficiency in English grammar, as well as strong written and verbal skills
