Our client is an established and successful international company located in Edgware.  A position has arisen for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their small friendly team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the candidate to fulfil administration tasks alongside reception duties.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and previous experience in a similar role. duties will include;

  • Based front of house on the reception desk
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging samples to Customers: Labelling, packaging, etc. ready for posting/ courier
  • Checking and approving courier and stationery invoices before handing to accounts for processing
  • Log-in/out samples in sample register
  • Sending up to date Contract of Affreightment
  • Updating/checking Supplier’s List
  • Submitting lab requests and samples (SGS, SMS and Eurofins)
  • Approving Commodity Centre Invoices
  • Approving and sending out invoices via email
  • Sending statements of accounts and chasers to clients
  • Ordering office supplies and company stationery
  • General administrative support to the team

An excellent opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist seeking a full-time role based locally in Edgware. The offices are easily accessed by public transport and are within walking distance of local shops and entertainment venues. This position is full time and office based, Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Parking is available.
