Fabulous new opportunity to join a finance group who are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a front of house based position and would suit an individual seeking a position in a busy office. Working alongside another receptionist, this position will include;
• Frontline reception duties
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
• Providing administration support to the team
• Responding to emails
• Arranging internal and external meetings
• Booking meeting rooms, booking couriers
• Arranging boardroom lunches and refreshments
