Our client is a successful and prestigious accountancy practice with offices located in Hertfordshire. They are actively recruiting for an ambitious Audit & Accounts Senior

to join their team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with various software such as Xero, Caseware, CCH, Sage & Excel. The role requires 50% audit 50% accounts. This role is hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days’ work from home. Responsibilities to include:

  • Building strong relationships with current & prospective Clients
  • Managing a client portfolio & providing first class customer service
  • Planning statutory audits from inception to completion
  • Documenting detailed audit plans
  • Producing financial statements for Limited Companies, Sole Traders & Partnerships
  • Finalising statutory year-end and management accounts
  • Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns
  • Preparation of financial statements

 

Skills/Attributes

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Minimum 2 years audit & accounts PQE
  • Previous experience working with statutory audits from inception to completion
  • Working knowledge of as Xero, Caseware, CCH, Sage & Excel desirable
