Fame Recruitment Consultants are working with a successful and growing boutique property group located in W1. Our client is recruiting for a Block Property Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall in-house Property management function for a mixed portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in block property management and be responsible for the overall performance of the property management team. There will also be aspects of commercial property management involved and our client is offering full training for the successful candidate. This role offers autonomy, progression and other perks.

• Managing a residential block property portfolio
• Overseeing the day to day maintenance and contracted/cyclical maintenance
• Project manage internal and external works
• Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries
• Managing budgets
• Ensuring that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice
• Circulating information to residents concerning management issues
• Ensuring compliance with section 20 legislation
• Reviewing property insurance
