Our client is a leading not-for-profit member organisation who do work within Higher and Further Education. A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join their team on either a full or part time basis, 28 hours a week minimum.

This role will be to provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the Management and Consultant Teams. With a high attention to detail, the role holder will help to streamline and improve the organisations administrative functions and processes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Providing full administrative support to the team, including formatting documents, PowerPoint presentations, research and any other administrative function as required.
• Maintaining and updating the electronic filing systems (SharePoint).
• Maintaining the contact database, website, and other membership records/material to ensure that they are up to date.
• Acting as a point of contact for organisation, dealing with email and telephone queries from members and stakeholders and passing on relevant information to the appropriate team member.
• Providing information to members and responding to routine requests relating to membership, events and other services.
• Organising external and internal meetings and co-ordinate training events as directed including sending invitations, booking venues/virtual links, and providing relevant papers and materials.
• Taking notes at meetings and staying on top of any actions.
• Sending out communications to members and stakeholders
