Our client is an international and renowned fashion/accessories manufacturer located in North West London.  We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join their purchasing team which will offer an exciting and successful career in the sought after Fashion industry. Parking is available, this is a full-time office based role, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm.

The role involves:

  • Providing administrative support to purchasing team
  • Order processing, including stock allocations
  • Assisting in managing Amazon orders
  • Processing orders and arranging deliveries
  • Producing customer new line forms
  • Liaising with offices in Hong Kong
  • Liaising with clients, distributors and global suppliers
  • Producing reports for stock control
  • Preparing shipping documents for warehouse


Skills and attributes:

  • An interest in the Fashion Industry
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel


This is an excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator or Buying Administrator with an interest in Fashion and Accessories to join an international company. The successful candidate will benefit from working with an experienced team and full training will be given for the position.
