Our client is an established and successful Accountancy Practice located in an upmarket area in North West London. We are recruiting for an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join the company secretarial department to assist in the management of a client portfolio requiring Company Secretarial services. This position is a hybrid role offering 2 days working from home.

Prior experience in this field is essential and candidates must have a reasonable knowledge of company law and of Companies House procedures. The role involves the management of clients statutory filing obligations and includes:

• Managing, preparing and filing annual confirmation statements
• Reminding partners and managers of accounts filing deadlines
• Advising changes in PSCs
• Dealing with appointments and resignations of directors and company secretaries
• Dealing with share transfers and allotments, buy-back of shares, etc
• Maintaining registers
