Our client is an established and successful Firm of Accountants located in an upmarket area in North West London. The client is recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary to join their company secretarial department and to assist in the management of a large portfolio of prestigious clients requiring Company Secretarial services. This position is a hybrid role offering 2 days working from home.

Prior experience in this field is essential and candidates must have a reasonable knowledge of company law and of Companies House procedures. The role involves the management of their clients’ statutory filing obligations and includes:

• Leading a small team
• Managing, preparing and filing annual confirmation statements
• Reminding partners and managers of accounts filing deadlines
• Advising changes in PSCs
• Dealing with appointments and resignations of directors and company secretaries
• Dealing with share transfers and allotments, buy-back of shares, etc
• Maintaining registers

Candidates applying must have a strong background in company secretarial administration and possess strong communication and IT skill, excellent interpersonal skills and good attention to detail.
