A new position is available for a bright and confident individual to join a successful distribution group of global medical equipment based in new offices in North West London.

The client is very established and well known globally.

  • First point of contact for all incoming enquiries via the phone and email
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assisting with order processing
  • Ascertaining the customer needs and advising them on products to suit
  • Processing documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams and working closely with the sales team
  • Inputting data to in-house database and excel
  • Providing administrative support to the team

Skills

  • Previous customer service experience in an office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritse
  • Strong IT skills
