Our client is a successful firm of architects located in Potter’s Bar who are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in document control and possess advanced IT Skills in order to be considered for this position.

On-site parking is available alongside other benefits. Due to the location of the offices, candidates applying should own a car and have a clean driving license.

Responsibilities will include;
-Download and save all transmittals.
-Upload documents and technical submittals.
-Manage transmittals and issue to sites.
-Follow up on outstanding items.
-Create and upload OMMs.
-Process security vetting applications.
-Manage standard operative reference requests.
-Update annual CVs.
-Administer general 365 and SharePoint tasks.
-Create new documentation, revisions, edits, and updates.
-Maintain all folders, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.
-Archive documents upon completion of works.
-Manage feedback registers.
-Ensure noticeboards are updated.
-Send and save IMS update emails.
-Notify the team of tender enquiries and manage tender processes.
-Create tender SP locations and Mail Manager folders.
-Manage addendums.
-Handle complete tender returns, binding, and courier/post tasks.
-Maintain SP filing and archiving.
-Manage contracts and update KPIs.
-Handle PQQs and deliverable items.
-Maintain all PQQ platforms for continued accreditation.
-Platforms: Achilles, Alcumus, Builders Profile, Coins, Constructionline, MACE, Safe Contractor, Sedex, SRM.
