Our client is a London-based national Jewish Charity, running a wide variety of exciting educational and social programmes. They are looking for an Events and Marketing Assistant to assist them on range of programmes, activities, trips and events that run throughout their departments.
Job Duties:
- Planning, booking and coordinating event requirements including evening programmes, trips, shabbatons etc.
- Researching new ideas, venues, event ideas, trip itineraries.
- Coordinating marketing, social media, PR along side the director of marketing when necessary.
- Coordinating the registration process and detailed aspects of various events.
- Updating In-house database.
- Supporting participant event sign up including communications payments, registration and follow up logistics.
