Exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to join an established Jewish charity based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a strong background in events seeking a fulfilling and rewarding role. This is a hybrid role offering an excellent holiday package. Duties to include:
• Managing a complex calendar of live and online events from start to completion
• Organising seminars, lectures, programs, dinners and other communal events
• Sourcing and booking venues for fundraising dinners and events
• Handling all event administration, booking venues, key-note speakers, production, caterers etc
• Building relations with communal organisations, donors and delegates
• PR and marketing for all scheduled events – live and online
• Budget management for all events, processing expenses and approving invoices
• Maintenance of in-house database
Candidates applying must have previous experience in event management and be highly organised with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Events Manager to develop their skills and work for a growing Jewish charity.
