Executive Assistant/Office Manager



Our client is a boutique Property Investment Group based in Marylebone who are recruiting for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their entrepreneurial and dynamic director. The successful candidate will become the lynchpin of a small and fast paced office where they can build and long a successful career.

Excellent holidays on offer alongside other benefits. Candidates applying should possess strong IT skills and fast typing speeds (60wpm +).

Duties will include;

  • EA support to the Director
  • Diary management via Outlook
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Inbox management for several mailboxes
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Copy typing from dictation (fast and accurate typing speeds essential)
  • Supporting the wider team in property related administration
  • Personal work for the Director
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the offices


  • 3 years+ experience in an EA/Office Manager role
  • Fast and accurate typing speeds
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience within the property industry desirable but not essential
  • Personable with excellent written and oral communication skills
