An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a very successful and high – end Independent Finance Provider based in North West London.  The client specialise in providing loans to High Net worth Individuals for classic and specialist cars.

Duties:

  • Ensure documentation, invoices and all paperwork associated with payouts are compliant
  • Identify any issues arising from payouts and liaise with internal departments to resolve in a timely manner
  • Ensure deals are paid out within the agreed service levels.
  • Detect any instances of attempted fraud or other suspicious activity and report these to relevant departments.
  • Keep relevant parties updated with payment progress as where required.
  • Record accuracy of payout documents in the log book.
  • Contribute to payout process involvement.

Skills:

  • Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow and implement strict procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Being able to prioritise workloads.

 

The successful candidate will be joining this highly regarded Independent Finance Provider at a busy time of growth. The client has low staff turnover and offers excellent potential for career development. You will be based in the North West London office (the company has four offices) and the state of the art offices are accessible by public transport however parking is provided and they are within walking distance of local amenities.
