A leading Charity based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role will involve carrying out the day to day financial administration for the organisation and generally supporting the Finance Manager and Head of Operations to manage the organisation’s finances. Our client is offering excellent benefits and generous holidays. Duties will include;

• Process and monitor all purchase invoices and expense claims
• Reconcile supplier accounts and raise queries
• Assist with preparation of payment runs – cheque and online payments
• Maintain the petty cash and ensure accurate recording of all petty cash expenditure, including foreign currency.
• Maintain the company corporate credit cards
• Issue / monitor sales invoices and credit control
• Support the Head of Operations and the Senior Management Team in coordination of the annual budgeting process
• Support the Finance Manager and Head of Operations with quarterly and annual management accounting tasks
• Use of Sage Line 50 & Excel

Candidates applying must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant with a strong working knowledge of Sage 50 & Microsoft Excel.
