A leading services provider located in North London are recruiting for a hand-on and commercially minded Financial Manager to join their team. This position is a hybrid role offering great benefits and generous holidays. Candidates applying should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5 years or more experience post qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the businesses financial management and ascertain areas which need improvement
- Assess the financial risk of all business operations, investments, and innovations
- Identify patterns in company spending and revenue, create and propose solutions to any problem areas
- Processing company financial data and running reconciliations
- Paying wages and suppliers
- Create management reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
- Communicate with outside financial entities on behalf of the company
- Budget management and cash flow management
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with regulations
- Liaising with external auditors
Required Skills and Abilities:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- QuickBooks and/or Xero experience preferred
- In-depth practical understanding of all aspects of financial management and reporting
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software
