A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading provider of Fine Jewellery based in the City of London. This creative company are looking for a Graduate Sales Administrator to join their small team and assist with the day to day administrative functions of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting clients within the showroom
  • Preparing quotes
  • Processing customer orders
  • Stock control
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Updating inhouse database and processing sales figures
  • Assisting in the preparation of exhibitions
  • Support full company product ranges across all divisions


Skills and attributes:


  • Excellent IT skills (working knowledge of Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience within the Jewellery or Consumer Goods industries
  • Strong communication skills
