Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Rent review/Lease Renewals to join their team. They are looking for someone who is ambitious with experience in the industry, with the confidence to build a successful pool of projects.
As a member of the restructuring team, you will be working for the benefit of the commercial tenant and undertaking the submission of reports and negotiations on behalf of their clients. The individual will work fully on a Salesforce CRM system to ensure constant visibility on client reporting and business KPIs.
Candidates applying should be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4 year’s experience working as a as a rent review negotiator/ lease renewal surveyor with a transactional track record of working with landlords, tenants and stakeholders.

Duties will include;

• Negotiations in relation to rent reviews, service charges, rates, and lease renewals to achieve maximum effective results, with strong proven track record with listable successes
• Experience in negotiating with Landlords, Tenants, and Stakeholders
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, Salesforce)
