Our client is a growing international Bank located in the heart of Central London. A lucrative position has arisen for an HR Assistant to join their internal HR team to support the Head of HR in a busy and dynamic work environment!
Duties will include;
• Assisting the Head of HR in all HR administrative aspects as well as coordinating various HR related projects on ad hoc basis
• Acting as the first line of contact with the Managers and employees of the branch
• Coordinating various HR related projects as and when requested by the Head of HR
• Monitor staff holiday requests and produce quarterly to Management and Head Office
• Responsible for preparing the Payroll and Pension files on a monthly basis
• Monitor the staff Training/Education log and produce quarterly reports
• To take part in the Social Committee and lead the employee engagement activities
• Draft and prepare all employment paperwork for sign off by Head of HR
• To manage the complete onboarding of new staff and the offboarding of leavers
• To manage staff personal details and update records
