An exciting opportunity has become available within a very prestigious and high end estate agency based in North West London. The client are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join them and oversee a prestigious property portfolio.

Duties will include:
• Attending viewings
• Liaising with potential new clients, tenants and landlords – handling incoming queries
• Arranging the signing of contracts by both landlords and tenants
• Setting up new tenancy agreements, handling renewals
• Composing correspondence, processing references
• Ensuring rents are received
• Preparing property details
• Canvassing for new lettings properties

Skills & attributes:
• Minimum 1 year’s Lettings experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent work ethic
