They are a market leader in the importing and distribution of a health foods and supply to some of the UK and Europe’s top retailers. A position has arisen for a Logistics / Shipping Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is offering career prospects, progression, and parking. Duties will include:
• Providing Administrative support for the trading and shipping Partner
• Liaising with customers, international suppliers, and service providers daily
• Checking and payment of shipping invoices, shipping including documentation preparation
• Co-ordination with suppliers and shipping on delivery times, liaise with clients on any schedules and management of delays and problems encountered
• Ensuring logistics and Import process runs smoothly from Supplier to Client
• Processing orders leading to work directly with suppliers and transport companies
• Tracking the shipment from pick-up through delivery
