Our client is a prestigious well-established Property Consultancy located in North West London. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their successful, growing, and fast paced company based in North West London. You will be working within a friendly, high energy and fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. Key responsibilities:
• Uploading data to system
• Management of paperwork and paying bills
• Informing councils and utility provider of tenant move in & out
• Answering general enquires
• Dealing with prepaid meter top up
• Logging safety certs on system and sending out to tenants
• Assisting directors on their day-to-day duties.
• Building Control Applications
• Handling Utility Meter Changing and Utility Upgrade applications
• Liaising with Project manager of sites and sending reports to Building Control & Builders
What the employer is looking for:
• Ideally 6 months experience in an administration role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment
