Our client is a successful Architecture company located in Hertfordshire. We’re recruiting an Finance Administrator to join their growing Finance Department. The successful candidate will have strong IT, good numeracy & customer service & have strong Excel skills. Would suit a driver, on-site parking available. Duties to include:
• Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
• Invoicing
• Check Monthly Statement
• Collating time sheets for employees on a daily/weekly basis
• Raising purchase orders using bespoke software
• Dealing with incoming calls and queries
• Booking meeting rooms and couriers
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
