Our client is an international Jewish Charity based in London who are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The position will be working closely with the Head of Events in providing administrative support for an array of ongoing events and projects.
This role benefits from a generous holiday package, parking and the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home. Candidates who are able to work 4 days a week will also be considered. Duties will include;
• Liaising with donors and volunteers on a regular basis
• Diary management and booking of meeting rooms
• Managing incoming emails and correspondence
• Inputting donations onto an in-house database and processing receipts
• Supporting the Head of Finance with banking, transactions, customer payment plans, processing financial transactions and entering information into Xero
• Handling Gift-aid declarations
• HR Administration; maintaining Health & Safety records for staff and volunteers, coordinating training schedules and keeping medical records up to date
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work in an international organisation who do phenomenal work within the Jewish and wider communities. Candidates applying must possess strong IT/Database management skills and be numerate.
