Fame Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading Jewish Charity who are recruiting for a passionate and self-motivated Office Manager to work in an exciting fast-paced office environment. Excellent benefits on offer including a generous holiday package and an early finish on Friday’s!

Duties to include;
– Proactive communication with various communal organisations with a view to connecting the Charity and its work to their leaders and members.
– Dealing with emails, business letters and correspondence
– Acting as first point of contact, dealing with incoming calls and queries
– Client database support: updating records with incoming donations and donor details
– Assisting in arranging events, playing an active role on event days and contributing to the charities initiatives
– Liaising with donors and other communal organisations where required
– Providing outstanding service to all clients, both internal and external, continually building relationships and fundraising were possible
– Maintaining office files ensuring GDPR compliance
– Procurement of office supplies

This position would suit an individual who is a natural communicator who is at ease in liaising with and building relationships with supporters, donors, to the elderly and volunteer contributors.
