Our client is a leading boutique property agency based in central London who are seeking PA/Office Manager to join their team. This exciting and varied role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the offices and providing PA/administrative support to the Directors when required. This truly is an exciting position for an individual seeking a varied role!

Duties will include;
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation both business and personal.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests.
• Diary management – organising and maintaining diaries, arranging meetings
• Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence
• Carrying out research on specific office projects, organising/implementing once approved
• Producing documents, Sales documents/reports and presentations
• Marketing coordination – good knowledge of social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Assisting in arranging company events
• Property administration, approving letters and property particulars/brochures
• HR; dealing with holiday/sickness records, assisting with recruitment and setting up new employees

This is a fantastic position for an experienced PA/Office Manager to join a leading property consultancy based in the heart of Central London. Candidates applying should have 4 years experience in a similar role having worked ideally within the Property/Estate Agency sectors.

Strong IT skills essential, Property CRM specific: Reapit (RPS). Online marketing experience to desirable to include advertising, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign CC.
