A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA Secretary/Receptionist to join an independent and highly successful Financial Services Group based in North West London. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a small and friendly team. Duties will include;

• Providing PA Secretarial support to the Partners
• Diary management via Outlook, organising internal and external meetings
• Composing emails and correspondence
• Organising and preparing meeting notes and presentations
• Assisting with company events
• Arranging conference calls
• Reception duties, answering telephone calls, forwarding calls/leaving messages
• Ordering stationary /office supplies
• Petty Cash control
• Handling incoming post, filing and circulating electronically

Candidates applying should have a minimum of 4 year’s experience working as PA/Administrator in a similar role.
