A reputable firm of chartered surveyors located in Marylebone are recruiting for a PA/Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will be supporting 2 Directors and providing adhoc secretarial support to a small team of surveyors.
This position would suit an experienced PA/Secretary who has worked within the professional services sector such as property, finance or accountancy etc. duties will include;
– Diary management and booking appointments
– Email management, handling correspondence
– Arranging conference and video calls
– Liaising with clients on a regular basis
– Producing letters/legal documents
– Proof-reading and amending valuation reports
– Typing and re-formatting documents
– Audio typing and digital dictation
– General secretarial support to the team
– Sending invoices to clients
Skills and Attributes:
– Previous PA/secretarial experience
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong IT skills, fast and accurate typing speeds
