Our client is a Jewish organisation based in Hampstead, who are recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join their team 3 days a week. This position will be responsible for managing the charity’s bookkeeping and accounts; supporting the Executive Director with diary, administration and document management; and providing office management and other support to the team to ensure smooth day to day running of the charity.

Duties will include bookkeeping to Trial Balance, bank reconciliations, sales & purchase ledger, preparing VAT returns, checking and processing invoices, processing expenses, entering donation details onto in-house database and submitting gift aid claims. Experience with Sage Line 50 is desirable however not essential.

Our client is offering flexibility, parking and a generous holiday package. This role would suit an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager seeking a part time position in a local organisation. Candidates applying should have a strong knowledge of the Jewish Community or Israel however this is not essential.
