Based in the heart of Soho for an innovative boutique lease restructuring property business, this brand-new Practice Manager opportunity will lead and oversee the growth of the business, take charge of the day-to-day running of the organisation and assist the CEO in delivering the vision by creating and implementing the overall business strategy.
With a strong base of household names as clients, this hands-on role will suit someone who is energetic, and competent with high-level operation skills. The individual must be personable with an ability to read situations and act upon initiative, as well as have a good understanding of the needs of the CEO and the team as a whole.
This position would suit an experienced individual with business/practice management experience. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills, vision and the ability to work effectively within an ever-changing, dynamic and growing environment. Personality and passion are key in this career position.

The position will develop into four different areas of the business, including Strategic Growth, Overseeing operations and Finance and HR.

  • Assisting with the development and delivery of the growth strategy
  • Building and leading teams
  • Recruitment
  • Overseeing and implementing new processes
  • Managing and nurturing internal relationships
  • Maintaining a CRM system and running reports
  • Analysing and evaluating strategic decisions
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Overseeing the client management process to ensure smooth running.
  • Analysis of work streams, results and growth of the business in line with the 5-year vision
  • Research and propose new corporate culture activities following market trends and the needs of the team.

Candidate requirements;

  • 7 + years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in growing headcount from circa 8 -10 people up to 25/30+
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop a team
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Experience using CRM
