Our client is a prestigious well-established Property Consultancy located in Central London. We are recruiting for a Property Administrator to join their fun, friendly team on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum 12 months property administration experience, with strong IT and numeracy. This is an office based role in a COVID safe office environment. Duties will include:
• Providing administration support to the sales team
• Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
• Handling incoming calls and dealing with inquiries
• Arranging maintenance/refurbishments with contractors
• Arranging property inspections
• Lettings administration, dealing with tenancy agreements and renewals
• Marketing properties online
• Updating in-house databases
• General property administration
