Our client is a prestigious well-established Property Consultancy located in North West London. We are recruiting for a Property Administrator to join their fun, friendly team on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a 6-12 months administration experience in an office.
Duties will include:
- Providing administration support to the Property Manager and administrative team
- Liaising with contractors for updates on jobs
- Handling incoming calls and dealing with maintenance inquiries
- Upload safety certificates to system and posting out to tenants when applicable
- Arranging property inspections
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Updating in-house database
- General property administration
