Our client is a well-known independent Property Consultancy with offices in North-West London. Due to continued success and expansion the client is looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their team. Duties will include;
• Property management administration
• Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
• Dealing with incoming calls regarding maintenance issues
• Logging in calls and updating in-house database
• Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance and repairs
• Composing all tenancy related correspondence
• Updating property records on the database
• Maintaining the key system
• Dealing with tenancy agreement and renewals
Skills:
• Previous Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
