We are recruiting for a Purchasing Assistant to join their growing purchasing team which will offer an exciting and successful career in the sought after Fashion industry. Parking is available, this is a full-time office-based role.

• Supporting the buying team
• Assisting with invoice queries and stock allocations
• Processing orders, arranging deliveries
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Order processing
• Producing customer new line forms
• Liaising with international offices (Far East)
• Liaising with clients, distributors, and global suppliers
• Making and maintaining products on stock management system
• Preparing shipping documents
