We are looking to recruit a recent school leaver or graduate Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some office experience who is keen to develop their career within a professional company. The successful candidate will be quick thinking, well spoken and quick to learn. Duties will include:
• Meeting & greeting external clients
• Taking calls and putting calls through to the relevant people
• Stationery orders
• Drafting letters, scanning documents, filing
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Any other ad hoc admin duties
