Our client is an established and successful international business located in North West London. A position has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their small friendly team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the candidate to fulfil administration tasks in the morning and support with reception duties in the afternoon. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and previous experience in a similar role.

• Frontline reception duties, meeting and greeting clients
•Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments
• Arranging internal and external meetings
• Typing of emails and letters
• Preparing outgoing post
• Ordering and maintenance of office supplies
• Preparing boardrooms for meetings
• Providing administration support to a team as and when needed

Skills & Attributes:
• 6 months experience working in an office
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Good IT skills

An excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator with over 6 months experience in a similar role to join an international company. The offices are easily accessed by public transport and are within walking distance of local shops and entertainment venues.
