Maternity Contract (full or part time)

Our client is a prestigious firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices located in North-West London.  We are recruiting for Receptionist / Administrator to join their team to cover a maternity contract.

Our client will consider candidates on a full or part-time basis, 4 days a week.

The role benefits from parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Friday’s. Duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to surveyors
  • Composing correspondence
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Booking meeting rooms
