£35,000-£40,000 + Commission

Fame Recruitment Consultants are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis due to an exciting time of growth. An excellent salary package, commission structure and various benefits are on offer for the successful candidate. This position is a hybrid role with flexibility and off street parking available a few minutes walk from the offices.

Duties will include;
• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Fame Recruitment
• Source and identify top talent for high level positions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively market and promote job opportunities to potential candidates
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial client briefing through to candidate placement
