Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/HR Advisor to join a rapidly expanding business based in North West London. Our client offers business services to a wide range of clients and this role will be working within a dynamic team in a buzzing work environment.
This position will be responsible for advertising vacancies directly and via recruitment agencies, resourcing and managing incoming applications via an applicant tracking system, shortlisting candidates for vacancies and managing the recruitment process from shortlisting stages through to job offers.
You will also be responsible for interviewing candidates, arranging interviews, dealing with new starters, leavers and assisting with all HR administration.
Candidates applying should have strong experience within Recruitment/HR, ideally within a professional services background.
