Fame Recruitment Consultants are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our clients recruitment efforts! We recruit across Accounting & Finance, Property, and general Office Personnel recruitment.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous recruitment or talent management experience to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to completion.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities/organisations, to source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Manager, or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
